Consultants to the Institute of Family Living

Our centre provides individual therapy, marriage, couple and family therapy, pre-marital counselling, family mediation, and child and adolescent counselling, including psycho-educational assessments. Our multi-disciplinary team of highly qualified therapists work with such issues as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma and abuse, conflict resolution, stress management, vocational change, parenting, separation and divorce, grief and bereavement and life transitions. IFL therapists come from diverse cultural backgrounds including Canadian, Chinese, European, Caribbean, Korean, and Hispanic. We also come from different faith traditions, including Christian and Jewish, and are sensitive to the spiritual concerns of the clients who seek our assistance. We believe that our diversity and our skills enable us to meet the needs of our clients, whatever their gender, cultural background, or faith community.
