Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge the land we are meeting on is the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. We also acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit.

Our Associates and Consultants provide individual therapy, marriage counselling, couple and family therapy, pre-marital counselling, family mediation, and child and adolescent counselling, including psycho-educational assessments.
Our multi-disciplinary team of highly qualified therapists work with such issues as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, addictions, substance abuse, family addictions, codependency, concurrent disorders, alcohol counselling, relationship therapy, relationship counselling, couple therapy, couple counselling, marriage therapy, marriage therapy, drug counselling, trauma and abuse, conflict resolution, stress management, vocational change, parenting, separation and divorce, grief and bereavement, and life transitions.
IFL therapists are each in individual private practice, while working collegially. We come from diverse cultural backgrounds including Canadian, Chinese, European, Korean, South Asian and Hispanic. We also come from different faith traditions, including Christian and Jewish, and are sensitive to the spiritual concerns of the clients who seek our assistance.
